A Family History Over Three Generations

Les Toits de Santa Giulia is, first and foremost, a family story that spans three generations.

In the early 1990s, Anne-Marie, the mother of Valérie, the current owner, decided to create a residence in this 1.5-hectare lush setting. A short distance from the beach of Santa Giulia and nearby Porto-Vecchio, the building of the villas and apartments and landscaped garden is operated by the family business, Vert Turquoise.

At first, managed by Pierre, the father, this family venture is taken over by the siblings (Florence and Serge). Vert Turquoise specialises in creating exceptional swimming pools and landscaped gardens in southern Corsica. They not only designed and built this unique holiday retreat, but they continue today to ensure top-notch premises by preventive maintenance and regular renovation.

As the third generation was eager to join the family’s charming hotel business, Inès, Valérie’s niece, studied tourism and was trained by her aunt. The latter gladly passed on all her experience and know-how in the hotel business. You can also meet Inès at the neighbouring residence, A Casa di Santa Giulia, if you feel so inclined.

Valerie will welcome you personally seven days a week at Les Toits de Santa Giulia to ensure your stay is a most memorable experience.

The Garden and Pools!

Fall under the spell of our holiday residence’s beautiful premises and facilities. Florence and Serge have carefully sculpted the surrounding nature to offer you a haven of peace and tranquillity, where you can relax and unwind.

Even if the residence is only a few minutes away from the beach, you will feel the distinctive Corsican spirit and atmosphere of the Island of Beauty inlands. Vegetation is present everywhere, and natural elements have been used to shape the residence’s paths and the villas’ terraces.

Relax and lounge beneath the shade of the olive trees and umbrella pines near the heated pool.

If you prefer to sunbathe, opt for a sun lounger and soak up the sun.

You can always watch your children closely while they dip in their dedicated 50 cm deep pool.

Limiting water and energy consumption by changing of sheets and towels only on request;
Reducing waste production, etc.

Run by the owner, the front desk is open every day. Upon arrival, Valérie will warmly greet you and see to all your needs. On the way to your villa or apartment, you will enjoy a grand tour of the premises.

Our concierge service will gladly provide information and recommendations on the activities available in the area and throughout southern Corsica.

Other services are available to our guests, such as beach and board games, the printing of transport tickets as well as restaurants, sports activities, taxis, and babysitting services booking.
